Welcome to Azvore. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of azvore.com and to every purchase you make from us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are
Azvore ("we", "us", "our") is an online store selling jewelry, watches and clothing, operated on the Shopify platform. You can reach us at contact@azvore.com.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and complete.

3. Products and descriptions
We do our best to show product colors, materials and sizes accurately. Screens vary, so small differences in color or finish may occur. Product images may include styling for illustration. Measurements are approximate.

4. Prices and promotions
Prices are shown in the currency selected on the site and may change without notice. Promotions and discount codes are valid only for the period stated and cannot be combined unless we say so. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund the full amount.

6. Payment
Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store full card details. By paying, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method.

7. Shipping, customs and taxes
Orders of $90 or more ship free. Delivery times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

8. Returns and refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Personalized or engraved pieces are made to order and can only be returned for manufacturing defects.

9. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including the Azvore name, logo, photos, text and design, belongs to Azvore or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. Use of the website
You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to access it without authorization, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Azvore is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
